Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Not happy with your purchase? We want you to love your products and we understand how important it is to be 100% satisfied with your tools when it comes to your craft. Please let us know at info@mklashfan.com.au if you wish to return or replace your item(s) and we will take it back within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
(Does not apply for pre-order items)

Returns Policy

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your order being delivered.

Please email us at info@mklashfan.com.au to notify us of your returns and our Customer Service team will provide you with the returns mailing address.

Please specify your order number in the email subject line – this can be found on your order confirmation email receipt.

In the unlikely event your product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no extra charge. (Note – MK LASH FAN undertake strict quality control on every item prior shipment & upon receiving return)

Damages related to shipping must be reported immediately within 48 hours. Please send an email containing pictures of the damages at info@mklashfan.com.au

To be eligible for a return under our Change of Mind Policy, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and returned to us at your own cost.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of adhesives and sale items.

Refunds Policy

All refund requests must be processed and approved by the owners. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

No refunds for damaged or defective products. See the “Exchanges Policy” section below.

Exchanges Policy

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, or communicate with us by email to expedite your exchange.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, (such as adhesives, cream remover, or primer), and personal care goods (such as lash foam). If You have issues with liquids products read our policy here Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
